Questions landlords ask
Do I pay anything during the free trial?
No. You add a card when you sign up and nothing is charged for 14 days. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
What if I add more properties later?
Each extra property is £2.49 a month on any plan, added to your next bill. Remove one and the charge stops.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time from Plan and billing in your portal. No exit fee.
Can prices change?
The price shown is the full amount you pay. If prices or charges change, we tell you at least one month before, by email and in your portal, and you can cancel before it applies.
Does my tenant pay anything?
No. Your tenant's portal is free for them on every plan.
