What every landlord asks before signing up
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — monthly billing, cancel before the next renewal and you won't be charged again. No exit fees, no minimum term.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
Full access to the tier you signed up to. If you cancel within 14 days you're not charged. After 14 days your card is billed automatically.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Is this legal advice?
