About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at thelettingsgrid.co.uk, our portal at portal.thelettingsgrid.co.uk, and any service you purchase from us. By using the site or buying a service, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly. The first 14 days are free; you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged. After the trial, billing continues monthly until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

You can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Standalone services and packs

One-off services and packs are billed at the price shown. Refunds are at our discretion if the work has not started. Once we’ve started preparing your deliverables, no refunds.

Consultation calls: rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the call.

What we do (and don’t do)

The Lettings Grid provides administrative support, process guidance, and document templates. We are not solicitors and we do not provide legal advice or representation. Where a legal opinion is required, we will tell you and recommend you consult a regulated solicitor.

We do not act as your letting agent. We do not collect rent. We do not hold deposits. We do not sign documents on your behalf.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate information, to follow lawful processes, and not to misuse the portal. You are responsible for the documents and decisions you make using the tools we provide.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to members at least 30 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
