After many years running residential lettings, we noticed a pattern. Self-managing landlords had one or two properties, they were doing it themselves, and they were drowning in the bits nobody told them about: deposit prescribed information, EICR renewal dates, deposit protection deadlines, the right way to scope an inspection.
Most of them didn't want a managing agent or to pay 10–15% of their rent. They wanted a sensible system, sensible reminders, and an experienced person to ask when something unusual came up. So we built one.
What we'll never do: pretend to be solicitors, charge a percentage of your rent, or sell you a service you don't need. What we will do: tell you where you stand, what's missing, and what the next step is.
