With many years of hands-on experience in property management, maintenance coordination, front-end lettings and senior operational leadership within a large estate agency, the Founder created The Lettings Grid with a clear vision: to modernise how landlords manage property and help raise standards across the industry.

Lettings & Client Experience
With over five years of experience in lettings, Member 2 helped shape TLG around one simple goal: making it easier for landlords to stay on top of maintenance, documentation and communication — all in one place. He brings strong skills in negotiation, relationship building and problem solving, with a focus on raising standards in the sector.
Imran
Legal & Compliance
With a background in property law, commercial law and criminal law, Member 3 brings a strong legal perspective to the team. After becoming an accidental landlord, his interest in property developed into over seven years of practical lettings experience, helping strengthen TLG’s compliance-first approach.

With a strong background in property maintenance and management, Member 4 is known for reliability, attention to detail and making sure works are handled properly. He has built a reputation as someone landlords can depend on when it comes to property matters, repairs and practical oversight.
